One-on-One Training

Just you and your trainer, with training focused only on you. Suitable for both beginners and experienced athletes. You will be motivated and encouraged to push past your limits with a training program for your individual goals.

What you get with one-on-one training:

  • Training program that suits your body’s needs that is guided with science and knowledge.

  • Increase muscle mass or increase of strength.

  • Injury prevention.

  • Recovery or post-surgery training.

  • Understanding the cause of your pain and how to improve your body.

  • Posture correction to give you the ability to enjoy working out pain free.

  • Neck, shoulder, back, knee or elbow pain assessment and helping you to recover from it.

For one-on-one training we offer 2 free sessions to assess and discuss your goals and answer all of your other questions.

Dual Training

If you like to train with a partner who has the same goals and strength level as you, why not train together. Both of you will be with your trainer who will guide and motivate you throughout your training program.
